As members of the Road Haulage Association we carry goods under RHA Conditions of Carriage (2009) a copy of which can be downloaded here.
Liability for damage or loss is £1,300 per tonne. Some Customers already have their own "Goods in Transit" Insurance where as others require us to increase our cover which can be included in your quotation.
These Conditions apply unless different requirements are requested and confirmed. As we may not always be aware of the value of your goods, please confirm whether the level of cover provided is sufficient on booking or requesting a quotation for transport.
