FORS, the Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme is fast becoming recognised as the transport industry’s premier accreditation scheme. Many organisations are now requesting this quality standard from their transport providers as a prerequisite of the selection process.
As one of over 5,000 members, we have progressed through FORS Bronze and Silver and have been FORS Gold accredited since 2015, achieving exemplary levels of best practice and the highest awarded accreditation available on the scheme.

FORS focuses on four key areas – vehicles, drivers, management and operations. The scheme encourages and trains members to measure, monitor and improve performance to achieve and maintain high standards of safety, efficiency and sustainability.

“We first became aware of FORS as a contractual condition of working on the Crossrail project throughout London. Although it was initially a commercial decision to pursue the accreditation, we quickly realised that the benefits of working to such high standards would be of great advantage throughout all areas of the company; from ensuring the health and safety of our workforce, to helping us work towards reducing our carbon emissions, thus meeting environmental targets.”
