As a leading transport provider, we are committed to assisting our employees in continuous personal development and we believe that our training is second to none. Irrespective of previous experience, new employees are required to attend our in-house training school. This applies to all new starters – no-one is exempt, whoever they are and whatever their position! From the outset, a training officer takes the driver through a full health and safety induction, followed by an intensive training programme, for weeks not days. The training is job-specific and involves on-the-job experience. Refresher training is then carried out at frequent intervals.
All training is based around the safety of our employees, our customers and the general public.
