A pre-fab can take on many forms, from an en-suite bathroom pod on the side of a hotel to a loft room in a private home – but one thing remains constant – the quick turnaround of your project. With a pre-fab’s build and interior taking as little as two weeks to create, you can’t afford a complicated or lengthy delivery process. Destinations can be challenging with deliveries to town centres, residential streets, trading estates – all busy locations where speed is of the essence. The timely arrival and safe placing of the pre-fab load is paramount, as is the ability of our operator to win over the local community for a trouble-free move.
DOMESTIC AND COMMERCIAL WORK
The same applies to our work in the timber sector. We deliver loads such as roof trusses, joists and other cumbersome products to busy construction sites and residential homes where lifting time may be limited, access restricted, and public safety is key. We can also setup and act as your crane installing your trusses and joists with our long reach lorry loaders offering up to 26m of reach.

For pre-fab and timber, we use lorry loaders with long reach cranes that are fitted with a fly-jib to provide further reach at differing angles. Additional front stabilisers allow 360 degree lifting over the front of the vehicle, making light work of a normally tricky and lengthy job.
